Summary/TL;DRDon't use my stuff for AI, credit me as a collaborator, ask before using my work, keep me updated on where performances are being posted and when, don't monetize performances without permission, and don't make big changes without asking first.
1. Do not use my work for AI purposes.None of my work, in any fashion, whether it be narratives, scripts, audio performances, or videos made based on my writing, may be used in, by, or for any form of artificial intelligence.2. Credit me where my work is used.All forms of media using my work must credit my name, contribution, and link back to one of my media platforms in video credits and backdrops, descriptions, and promotional posts. If I am not credited, I reserve the right to have the content removed from the platform. In addition, I require files of paywalled audios for my records.3. Request permission for use of my work.My public scripts on the gonewildaudio community subreddits are to be used only for audio performances on those same subreddits. If you wish to post them elsewhere, please ask me first. For commercial use, see below.4. I retain ownership rights to my commissions.If you wish to modify a commissioned work or the policy we agree upon (such as monetization status) you must have permission from me to do so after I have assessed the proposed changes. You must also discuss uses of the script with me prior to using the work for said uses.5. My work may not be used for profit without permission.Unless a commercial use fee is paid or I explicitly agree to transferring the commercial use rights, my work may not be used for profit. If you wish to alter the terms of commercial use (such as altering early access dates) I must agree with the changes.
Privacy PolicyCommissions are private for 6 months, after which I may use them in any way I see fit unless a privacy fee is paid. Before I begin work, notify me of what you plan to use my work for, and the sites/mediums it will be used in. If you have a span of time before you can use the work, such as for an audio performance, simply ask and we can adjust the window.Commercial Use PolicyFor commissions we must discuss how the work is used, where it will be used, and how it will be monetized, including dates of early access. Whether a fee is paid or not, I must be appraised of and consulted with changes to our agreement regardless of whether a fee is paid or not.If you want to use my work outside of the gonewildaudio community on reddit, ask first. Use of my work, public or commissioned, in a monetized fashion (Patreon, YouTube, etc.) incurs a small fee.
